Tim Horras is a shop steward, organizer, and author. He co-founded Philly Socialists (2011), the Cesar Andreu Iglesias Community Garden (2012), the Philadelphia Tenants Union (2016), and Unity, a rank-and-file caucus of AFSCME workers (2020).
